Gary Schecher

Gary Schecher has over three decades of experience in real estate and construction, building on a family legacy that began in the 1960s. Early in his career, he transitioned from brokerage into development, contributing to major projects including Chris’ Landing in Sea Bright and Cotswold on the Green in Ocean Township. As Managing Member of Cross Builders, Gary oversees field operations, leading a team that includes administrative associates and a wide network of subcontractors. Under his leadership, Cross Builders has completed nearly 100 new construction and renovation projects throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties, recognized for expert craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
