DeLynn Schecher

DeLynn Schecher brings a strong background in finance and operations to her role as Managing Member of Cross Builders. A Michigan native, she moved to New Jersey in 1988 and partnered with her husband, Gary, to establish a woman-owned homebuilding company focused on quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design. DeLynn oversees finance, payroll, human resources, compliance, and project management activities, ensuring the business operates efficiently. Working alongside Gary, their administrative team, and a trusted network of subcontractors, she has helped lead Cross Builders in completing nearly 100 new construction and renovation projects across Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Outside of her work, DeLynn is a dedicated mother of three and a proud grandmother. She is also a certified yoga teacher and maintains a strong commitment to health and wellness, incorporating yoga into her weekly routine for balance and focus.
