The first luxury townhome at BeachWalk is now completed; prices start at $1.65 million. Also, a new offering from The Atlantic Club:
LONG BRANCH, NJ — It all started with Pier Village. The Long Branch luxury housing boom continues, as the "City by the Sea" continues to grow in popularity among retirees, empty nesters and others who seek to live either full time or maintain a vacation home on the Jersey Shore.
On Tuesday, Long Branch Mayor John Pallone attended the ribbon cutting for BeachWalk, a new development of nine townhouses on Franklin Avenue, just blocks from the beach. And Patch reported in January that Kushner plans to build a new eight-story luxury condo building across the street from the Wave resort, which is owned by the developer (the corner of Morris and Ocean avenues).
Each home at BeachWalk has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The first home, at 168 Franklin Avenue, is now completed and on the market. Prices start at $1.65 million. Each townhome is approximately 3,200 square feet, all with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Each home has a private elevator and a rooftop deck.
Phase 1 is the first four homes, currently underway, and construction of the remaining five homes in Phase 2 is scheduled to begin this summer.
The developer is Cross Builders, well-known in this area. Grace Schecher with Compass Real Estate is the listing agent. Visit BeachWalkLB.com for more info.
Separately, The Atlantic Club, the ultra-luxury condo complex at 390 Ocean Avenue (prices range from $1.12 million-$5.95 million+) is now unveiling The Gallery Collection of Penthouses, offering buyers "a rare opportunity to work directly with Cristina Grajales, a renowned art curator based in Tribeca to cultivate a globally sourced artistic experience in their residence."
"The collaboration includes personalized sourcing for their penthouse via priority, behind-the-scenes access to Grajales’s collection and network, and access to museum-quality pieces by the art world’s leading visionaries."
The Atlantic Club consists of 132 condos for sale (no rentals), ranging from one- to five bedrooms. Prices start at $1.12 million and climb to more than $5.95 million for the two "spectacular" penthouses. The penthouse collection is represented by Christie's International Real Estate Group. https://theatlantic-club.com/
And Long Branch's second high-end apartment complex, Ocean Gate, is also renting. Ocean Gate is located at 30 Ocean Boulevard, very close to Pier Village, and is rentals only. Monthly rents at Ocean Gate start in the low $3,000s.
